Hi there!
I’m Michael Delaney and if you’re reading this then you must want to know a little bit about me!
Well for starters I’m an IT graduate from Manchester, who likes to enjoy recreational activities like (insert here).
I’ve been working in the industry since 2006, after undergoing 5 years of education in IT. I’ve worked at various companies like Eon, Talk Talk, Tesco and Fujitsu, which had given a wide range of knowledge in IT.
My skills are not restricted to IT either. I have extensive knowledge in computer programming, graphic design, multimedia design, networking systems set-up and administration, networking both wired and wireless.

Dealing with business services fibre connection web hosting, VoIP, ADSL+2, E-
mail, ISDN30, ISDN2, PBX Systems, SDSL and domain enquires. E
nsuring that all escalations are dealt with correctly and acting as 1st point of contact
throughout the fault investigation.
July 2012 – April 2013 ADT Fire Security
Customer support dealing with basic alarm faults and customer requests for
advice on the ADT product range and billing enquires in timely and professional
manner.
January 2012 – July 2012 Fujitsu IT support desk
Working with thin clients systems and server connections visualized desktops,
XenApps, windows 7, LAN, WAN, Hubs, Switches, Routers, network, printer,
scanner issues VoIP equipment, Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, and
bespoke systems and undergoing security clearances from the home office while
working to the highest levels of customer service & support currently working on
projects for the London 2012 Olympics 2012 game’s, UKBA and ministry of
justice and other government department.
September 2011 – January 2012 Tesco broadband 2nd line Support &
Customer Services.
Repairing and Reporting line issue’s with regards to Line provisioning ADSL 2+,
PSDN, POTS, LLU, IPSTREAM voice and data systems in a correct and timely
manner. While all the times keeping the customer informed to the faults progress
while providing excellent customer service within SLA.
